Cancellation policy & Appointment Compliance
Appointments can be cancelled or postponed if you notify your beautician at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation on the day, the treatment will be considered as carried out, unless a medical certificate is presented.In any case, if you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, it will be considered complete.If you are late for more than 15 minutes, you will be charged for the service (minimum duration of protocols: 60 to 90 minutes).No exchange, no refund only in the event of a problem related to a treatment, such as an allergy to an essential oil or a cosmetic product used in the cabin, a refund will be made within 15 days upon presentation of a medical certificate.Refund
